These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the legal framework governing the availability of the flipanel.com website and define the conditions of access and use of services by the User.
These Terms are accessible on the website under the "Legal Notice" section.
Any use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the User. If the User does not accept these Terms, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website.
flipanel.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms at any time.

Article 2 — Access to the website
The flipanel.com website provides the User with free access to the following services:
- Presentation of the Flipanel tilting panel cart and its specifications
- Description of the plan package contents (PDF + DXF)
- Redirection to the product listing on the Etsy platform for purchase
- Frequently asked questions
The website is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.
Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the website or server, and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the liability of flipanel.com. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

Article 3 — Purchase of plans
The Flipanel cart plans (52-page PDF and DXF file) are sold exclusively through the Etsy platform. The "Buy on Etsy" buttons on the flipanel.com website redirect the User to the product listing hosted on etsy.com.
The purchase transaction is governed entirely by Etsy's terms of sale, which the User is invited to review before any purchase. Payment, digital file delivery, invoicing, and any refund request are handled directly by Etsy and the publisher, without intervention from the flipanel.com website.
Under no circumstances does the flipanel.com website collect or process payment data.
Article 4 — Data collection
The flipanel.com website does not offer a registration form, account creation, or contact form that would collect personal data directly. No personal identifying data is requested or recorded by the website.
Only anonymous traffic statistics are collected through the hosting provider Cloudflare's built-in tools (request volume, country of origin at an aggregated level), without individual identification or tracking cookie placement.
When the User clicks a "Buy on Etsy" button and is redirected to the Etsy platform, Etsy's privacy policy applies. The flipanel.com website has no visibility into the data exchanged between the User and Etsy.
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for any question regarding personal data potentially held by the publisher, the User may contact the publisher at contact@flipanel.com.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, signs, and all flipanel.com website content (text, images, videos, diagrams, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and in particular by copyright law.
The Flipanel trademark, as well as the design of the tilting panel cart and the associated technical plans (PDF, DXF), are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total use of the trademark, plans, or cart design, of any kind whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the publisher.
Purchasing the plans grants the User the right to build the Flipanel cart for their personal or professional use (workshop), excluding any resale, redistribution, or series production for commercial purposes without prior agreement from the publisher.
Any total or partial representation of this website by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator, would constitute an infringement sanctioned by Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In accordance with Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any User who reproduces, copies, or publishes protected content must cite the author and source.
Article 6 — Liability
The information published on flipanel.com is deemed reliable, but the publisher does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors, or omissions.
The information provided is for general informational purposes only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, flipanel.com cannot be held liable for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Likewise, the website cannot be held liable for the use and interpretation of the information contained therein.
Building the cart from the Flipanel plans involves the use of metalworking equipment (welder, metal saw, drill, etc.). The User is solely responsible for compliance with the safety rules applicable to these works and for the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. The publisher shall not be held liable for any bodily or material damage resulting from the construction or use of the cart.
flipanel.com cannot be held liable for any viruses that may infect the User's computer or any other equipment following use of, access to, or download from this website.
The website's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party.
Article 7 — Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are present on the website, notably to the Etsy product listing and to other third-party websites. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, they will leave flipanel.com. The website has no control over the pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.
Article 8 — Cookies
The flipanel.com website does not currently use any tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. Your visits do not deposit any identifying tracking file on your browser.
If, in the future, the publisher wishes to implement an audience measurement tool or a third-party cookie, the User will be informed in advance and their consent will be collected in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction
French law applies to these Terms. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
